Benefits of morning sun bath



Morning sun was believed to bring many benefits since the first, but what are the benefits of the morning sun? let us examine one by one ...

1. Vitamin D
Morning sunlight stimulates the body to produce vitamin D. Sunlight on the face, neck, arms and legs for 10-15 minutes can produce vitamin D the body needs. This vitamin increases calcium absorption in the gut and calcium transfer across the cell membrane which is useful for bone strength.

2. Against depression
Why Sunlight reduces depression? because it releases endorphins that act as a natural antidepressant and is very useful for cases of seasonal depression (seasonal affective disorder / SAD).

3. Increases blood circulation
Sunlight increases the blood circulation by expanding blood vessels in the skin, thus bringing more nutrients and oxygen to cells. It also keeps the heart healthy by lowering the pulse rate and reduce blood pressure.

4. Beneficial for the skin
Chronic skin conditions like acne, eczema and psoriasis showed improvement as well as lower manifestations of stretch marks, scars and other skin disorders.

5. Reducing the risk of cancer
Vitamin D synthesis is stimulated by sunlight thereby significantly helping to reduce the risk of various forms of cancer such as prostate, colon, breast and ovary. But remember not too much, because it can cause skin cancer.

6. Preventing diabetes
The new study shows exposure to sunlight is quite likely to play an important role in helping to prevent type 1 diabetes in children, as well as lowering blood sugar levels by stimulating glucose storage in muscle and liver.

7. Strengthens the immune system
Sunlight supports the immune system, because when exposed to the body, it will produce more white blood cells that help ward off infections and other diseases produced by bacteria, fungi or viruses.

8. Detoxification of the body
Sunlight help remove waste from the body by improving liver function and increase blood circulation so the elimination of waste through the blood can be more efficiently.

9. Improve quality of sleep
Sunlight increases the production of melatonin is needed in order to improve sleep quality. Melatonin is produced by the pineal gland, a small pea-sized organ found at the base of the brain.

10. Beneficial for stomach
Sunlight is good to increase appetite, improve digestion and metabolic processes.

11. Serotonin
Sunlight can stimulate the production of serotonin (a neurotransmitter in the brain that regulate mood). The higher the serotonin produced hatia then the atmosphere would be more positive.
